INGREDIENTS:
Cumin Powder, Benefits the digestive system and enhances immunity. It is an excellent source of iron for energy and is good for immune function. Desiccated Coconut, It is a good remedial agent. It contains fibre, iron and healthy fat. Salt, Black Pepper Powder, They help with nutrient absorption, digestion and treating ulcers. They also reduce the risk of cancer, and heart and liver ailments. Fenugreek Powder, Helps in regulating blood sugar and also reduces cholesterol. Moringa Leaves Powder. It is a good source of nutrient packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It fights free radicals.

COOKING DIRECTIONS (25gms packet serves 6)

■ Add 2 tsp. of Udupi Kitchen Thambuli mix to 2 cups curd. Mix well.

You can add a little bit of sautéed spinach or any greens and blend. You can also add sautéed onion or ginger bits or fenugreek seeds to get a tasty preparation of buttermilk. Fresh coconut can be blended along with the flavor of the day and can be relished with rice.
