MAKING DIRECTIONS (25gms packet serves 6)
■ Add 2 tsp. of Udupi Kitchen Thambuli mix to 2 cups curd. Mix well.
You can add a little bit of sautéed spinach or any greens and blend. You can also add sautéed onion or ginger bits or fenugreek seeds to get a tasty preparation of buttermilk. Fresh coconut can be blended along with the flavor of the day and can be relished with rice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
