Udupi Kitchen’s pudis with their homemade flavors Rasam Powder, Udupi Chutney Pudi, Uppittu Mix, Kara Dosa Masala, Chitranna Rice are perfect for me. I have been using their various rasam pudis as well, and the flavors are wholesome, with some healthy variations like flaxseed. I look forward to trying some of their other products as well. When you are making sambhar at home and your neighbor Whatsapp’s you asking, “What’s cooking? The smells from your kitchen are mouth-watering.” – that’s the testimony to good flavors. We were making rasam using the Udupi Kitchen’s rasam pudi.
