COOKING DIRECTIONS (25gm packet serves 4)
■ Mix a sachet of Udupi Kitchen Udunittu mix with 150gms curd. Season with 1tsp coconut oil, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and red chilli. Enjoy with steamed rice and coconut oil.
Optional: Use this mix to make fluffy paniyaram or use it as a dip.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with white rice and coconut oil or use as a spicy sprinkler to make a curd dip. Add to dosa batter to make spicy paniyaram!
