I have tried almost all the freshly made EFGH masalas and chutney powders…my personal favorites are the Sambar masala…which not only makes me the most delightful sambar, but ,my little secret is that I also use it for my other veg’s and chicken to make them finger licking delicious. My other favorite is the flax seed chutney powder…which is not just nutritious but very flavorful and versatile as I use it with almost anything. Be it doses, idlis, sandwiches…even pizzas. The freshness and the aromas of all the masalas are in- comparable.
