I have been using the sambhar and rasam pudis from Udupi Kitchens and the flavors have been awesome. I usually home-make my pudis and do not buy brands off the shelves. Therefore, Udupi Kitchen’s pudis with their homemade flavors are perfect for me. I have been using their various chutney pudis as well, and the flavors are wholesome, with some healthy variations like flaxseed. I look forward to trying some of their other products as well. When you are making sambhar at home and your neighbor Whatsapp’s you asking, “What’s cooking? The smells from your kitchen are mouth-watering.” – that’s the testimony to good flavors. We were making Sambhar using the Udupi Kitchen’s sambhar pudi.
