I have been using the sambhar pudis, Flaxseed Chutney Pudi, Uppittu Mix, Kara Dosa Masala from Udupi Kitchens and the flavors have been awesome. I usually home-make my pudis and do not buy brands off the shelves. Therefore, Udupi Kitchen’s pudis with their homemade flavors are perfect for me. I have been using their various chutney pudis as well, and the flavors are wholesome, with some healthy variations like flaxseed.
